Doggy Daycare – Is It Right for Your Dog?
Doggy daycare isn’t for every dog, and as a responsible, structured facility, we ensure all clients meet our basic requirements before starting. From there, we focus on building a lasting relationship with you and your pup, promoting positive behavior and a rewarding daycare experience.
Getting Started
🐾 Free Trial: A required, up to 2-hour trial session allows you and your dog to meet our staff and explore the facility. Trials are scheduled with flexibility, depending on weather and availability.
🐾 Requirements:
✔ Up-to-date vaccinations, including Bordetella (kennel cough)
✔ Certification of behavioral training completion
Our Approach to Play & Structure
Our daycare operates in multiple yards, divided by size and personality to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Some dogs may need multiple visits before being introduced to a larger playgroup. Puppies must complete at least 10 half-day sessions before transitioning to full days, at our discretion.
If a dog is unable to follow our policies or exhibits ongoing behavioural concerns, we may require them to discontinue daycare services.
Daycare Hours & Booking
🕒 Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🕒 Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (weather-dependent)
Starting January 1, 2025, we will offer:
🔹 Quarter Days: 3 hours or less
🔹 Half Days: 3+ to 5 hours
🔹 Full Days: 5+ hours
To maintain consistency, clients must book at least one day per week with a package or one day every two weeks for pay-per-day options. Bookings are first come, first served, and availability is based on size and personality groupings.

Daycare Requirements
To ensure a safe and structured environment, all dogs must meet the following requirements before joining daycare:
✅ Signed Agreement: Owners must review and sign our daycare policies.
✅ Up-to-Date Vaccinations: Including Bordetella (kennel cough).
✅ Spay/Neuter Policy: Dogs over 6 months must be fixed or provide a confirmed spay/neuter plan.
✅ Behavioral Training: Proof of completion of a certified training program.
✅ Successful Trial Day: All dogs must complete a required trial session.
