At Pineo’s Pet Spaw, we’re always looking for new ways to enrich the lives of the dogs in our care—and we’re thrilled to unveil our latest offering: The Scent Den.

The Scent Den is a dedicated room where dogs can safely explore a variety of rotating scents through guided scent-based activities. This type of enrichment taps into a dog’s most powerful sense—their nose! Scent work is not only fun and stimulating, but it’s also incredibly calming and confidence-boosting for dogs of all ages and abilities.

Why sniffing?
Did you know that 15 minutes of sniffing is comparable to a 5km walk in terms of mental stimulation and energy output? It’s especially beneficial for senior dogs, dogs recovering from injury, or those who may not be able to keep up with high-impact exercise. 

Whether your pup is high-energy or a little more reserved, The Scent Den offers a safe and engaging space where they can sniff, explore, and thrive.
